§ 01 · AI-native customer engagement

We build the AI chapterof your customer engagement.

Predictive churn, generative personalisation, model-based re-activation — we find the AI levers that actually move the needle in your setup and build them straight into your suite. With a human at the wheel.

A free Stack-Check to start, then workshop, AI Act clarification and implementation — booked individually or in sequence. The build phase runs at 60% fixed price and 40% tied to a KPI hit. No slides and no promises without proof.

§ 02 · Who we are

We are CRM pros. With our own AI depth as the edge.

CRM is our root. What we add is genuine AI depth on three levels: the new foundation models we use ourselves every day, the AI features in your suite whose real value we know from implementing them, and the processes in your marketing where AI actually has leverage. We do not recommend anything we would not use ourselves.

CRM depth

We know the tool, not the slide.

We know Braze, Klaviyo and Brevo from implementation work, not from the conference stage.

AI depth

Models, tool features, processes.

We use the new foundation models daily, know the AI features of Braze, Klaviyo and Brevo from implementation, and know where in your process AI makes the difference.

Skin in the Game

We carry part of the risk.

The workshop is fixed-price, the implementation carries a success share. We earn in full only once the impact is measurable.

Boris Kraemer, founder
About me

Boris Kraemer, founder

For over ten years I have worked as a CRM operator in Braze, Klaviyo and Brevo — hands-on in the system, not a strategist on slides. With projekt pioniere I start where the new AI in the suites still produces generic output: at the rules that hold your tone of voice, the logic behind the use cases, the predictive signals that genuinely work in your customer communication.

I work with growing consumer brands in the DACH region — Series A to B or bootstrapped, 30 to 300 employees — in health, wealth, DTC, subscription, marketplace and app-first. For enterprises that need a stamp from a big consultancy, I am not the right partner.

§ 03 · Four principles

Four principles. An answer to the four most common risks.

Shallow tool knowledge, spend without impact, loss of control through opaque AI, hype buys with no business case — four risks that every AI project in customer engagement quietly or loudly carries along. Here is how we meet them.

01

CRM depth meets AI depth

We know customer engagement from daily work in the system. And AI not as a buzzword but as our own tool, used every day. Both in one hand is our edge.

against: shallow tool or AI knowledge
02

Skin in the Game

The workshop is fixed-price, implementation runs on the 60/40 model: 60% per sprint plan, 40% tied to a KPI defined upfront. We earn in full only once the impact is measurable.

against: spend without impact
03

Human at the wheel

AI suggests, the human decides. We do not build black boxes — we build cockpits. Every recommendation, every automation, every model is traceable and can be stopped if in doubt.

against: loss of control through opaque AI
04

Substance over hype

We say where AI helps — and where it does not. Use cases that only sound good, we turn down. Even when the contract is already on the table.

against: hype buys with no business case
§ 04 · Where we start and keep going

Four steps. Booked individually or in sequence.

Entry is free: the Stack-Check. Those who go further enter the AI Use Case Workshop, clarify the EU AI Act and build the prioritised use cases into the suite. Every step stands on its own — no package lock-in.

Lead-in

Stack-Check

Free 60 minutes 4–6 slots / month
remote · limited availability

You fill out a 10-minute questionnaire about your CRM system. 60 minutes later I come back with three researched AI ideas — built around your system, no pitch. Four to six slots per month, free of charge.

  • Three use-case ideas built around your stack (not generic)
  • An honest read: what works today, what later, what not at all
  • A clear answer on whether an AI Use Case Workshop makes sense for you now

Right for you if: you want to know where AI can have concrete impact for you — before you move workshop budget. Anyone who has had the Stack-Check can book the workshop afterwards, but does not have to.

01
Workshop

AI Use Case Workshop

1–2 days Fixed price
agreed upfront · on-site or remote

We come prepared — with three researched use-case hypotheses, built around your stack, not generic. In 1–2 days we prioritise, with your team, the AI levers that actually work for you.

  • A concrete use-case definition: mechanism, KPI, models used
  • Effort and impact estimate per use case
  • A clear recommendation for the next engagement — including when it is: not yet
  • Material that holds internally — in front of the board, investors, your own team

Right for you if: the stack is running, the KPIs are defined and you want an honest answer on which AI use cases really have impact for you — not one that reassures you.

02
Follow-up

EU AI Act Workshop

½ – 1 day Fixed price With a lawyer
Compliance · marketing & CRM teams

We bring a lawyer live into the room and make marketing and CRM teams confident to act under the EU AI Act. What applies to our customer engagement, which use cases are regulatorily sensitive, what has to be documented — the result is a concrete action plan, not a generic training certificate.

  • Classification of your active CRM use cases by AI Act risk
  • A list of use cases you should not launch without further steps
  • Documentation and governance templates, tailored to your suite
  • A compliance roadmap for the coming quarters, legally backed

Right for you if: you are rolling out AI use cases or plan to, and legal or the board expect solid answers.

03
Build

Enabling and implementing AI features in CRM suites

Sprint-based 60 / 40
Braze · Klaviyo · Brevo

We build directly in your system — in Klaviyo Composer, BrazeAI with Operator and Decisioning Studio, or Brevo Aura. If you want to build stack-independently, say because a platform switch is coming, that works too in Langdock, Gemini or your own AI setup. Turning it on is easy — having impact is work. We do the work, together with your team.

  • Live use cases running in our own stack: embedding-based send-time optimisation, generative subject-line variants with brand-voice constraints, predictive churn before the drop
  • Use-case mapping to the concrete tool features of your suite (Composer, BrazeAI, Aura) or stack-independent (Langdock, Gemini)
  • Enablement for the CRM team so it can carry on by itself
  • Measurable impact against a KPI agreed upfront — 40% of our fee depends on it

Right for you if: after the workshop you know which levers count and you are looking for someone who also builds them — not another consultant with slides.

§ 05 · Skin in the Game

We earn in full when the impact is there — not when the deck is presented.

The Stack-Check is free. The AI Use Case Workshop and AI Act Workshop are fixed-price. Only implementation runs on the 60/40 model — 60% per sprint plan, 40% tied to a KPI defined upfront. First visible impact in weeks, not quarters.

When · implementation with a clearly measurable KPI

60% fixed price, 40% tied to a KPI.

Sprint-based implementation. 60% of our fee is fixed, per sprint plan. 40% is paid when the KPI hit defined upfront is reached — not when the sprint is done.

§ 06 · Clarity is quality assurance

We are not for everyone — that is part of the positioning.

We set boundaries. Not because we are picky, but because we only deliver good work where the conditions are right. For both sides.

AI as a marketing sticker, not a lever.

If you are after an AI story for the optics, you will find it cheaper elsewhere.

Expecting a black box that automates everything.

We build cockpits, not autopilots.

No established CRM stack, no data, no KPIs.

We lift existing potential — building a new foundation is not our role.

Pure cost optics.

“AI has to be cheaper than an intern” — wrong yardstick, wrong partner.

No willingness to go into success shares.

If the risk sits entirely with us, the collaboration is asymmetric — we do not do that.

§ 07 · Frequently asked

What we get asked most.

If something is not answered here: write to us or book the 30-minute intro call — that is where we clear up the rest.

01 How does the free Stack-Check work?
You fill out a 10-minute questionnaire about your CRM system. 60 minutes later I come back with three researched AI ideas — built around your stack, no pitch. Four to six slots per month, free of charge. Booking an AI Use Case Workshop afterwards is an option — never an obligation.
02 What does the AI Use Case Workshop cost?
The AI Use Case Workshop runs at a fixed price agreed upfront. We settle the exact price in the free 30-minute intro call or right after the Stack-Check — depending on team size, prep effort and the format you want (on-site or remote).
03 How does the 60/40 fee model work?
The 60/40 model applies to implementation only. The Stack-Check is free, the AI Use Case Workshop and EU AI Act Workshop are fixed-price. During the implementation phase, 60% of our fee is fixed against the sprint plan; the remaining 40% is paid once the KPI we defined together upfront is hit — not when the sprint is done.
04 Which CRM tools do you work with?
We build directly in Braze, Klaviyo and Brevo — the three leading suites for B2C customer engagement in the DACH region. Stack-independent builds (e.g. in Langdock, Gemini or your own AI setup) are possible too, if a platform switch is on the table.
05 What do you need from us?
We work where the stack is running, the data exists and the KPIs are defined. For B2C scaleups in the DACH region (Series A to B or bootstrapped, 30 to 300 employees) in health, wealth, DTC, subscription, marketplace, app-first. For enterprises and greenfield setups we are not the right partner.
06 How long does a typical implementation take?
Sprint-based, typically 4 to 12 weeks depending on the use case. We deliver first visible impact in weeks, not quarters.
07 What happens to our data?
We work directly in your CRM suite — the data stays with you. Workshops run under NDA. For any processing outside your stack (e.g. model tests) we clarify data flow, legal basis and a DPA upfront. Our own privacy policy documents every processor.
08 What does a 30-minute intro call actually give us?
We come with a researched use-case hypothesis — built around your stack, explained in detail, including a rough impact estimate. You tell us where it lands, where it does not, what we have missed. No sales pitch, no follow-up pressure.
§ 08 · The next step

30 minutes.With a use-case hypothesis. Free.

We come into the intro call with a researched use-case hypothesis — built around your stack, explained in detail. If you do not feel our substance in the conversation, you will not book a workshop. We would do exactly the same.

What happens in the 30 minutes
  1. We show a concrete use-case hypothesis for your setup — with mechanism, model, rough impact estimate.
  2. You tell us where it lands, where it does not, what we have missed.
  3. If the hypothesis holds, we talk about the workshop. If not, you have three external observations more.
